Pineview

At the beginning of August we went with my Dad's family to Pineview Resevoir. We spent the weekend freezing, until Sunday morning when the sun finally emerged. So here is our fun in the sun!

Swimming at Classic

We took Lachlan to Classic. It was so much fun! Shyla and her family were there with us. Lachlan loved the water! I could hardly keep him off the slide when I didn't have anyone to help him climb the steps. (I had to catch him at the bottom)

Lake Powell

This is the scorpion that Karson caught as we were packing up our tent. Imagine, that thing was under us for who knows how long! Scary! It was a small one, but it is still poisonous.

Lachlan was so tired after two days in the blazing hot sun. This is a picture I took before we even left the dock! Poor tired boy!

He loved helping anyone fish! He wanted to hold the pole himself. Maybe next year he can have his own pole.


The first day we were there, after swimming he took a nap for two hours! Laying on the sand with Karson and I.

He had so much fun entertaining his cousin Krew. I had to stop him a few times from crawling in the car seat with him!
